- In GoodRun, go to Settings > Import & Export > From other apps.
- You always get a preview first. Nothing is saved until you press Import.
- Importing the same file again never creates duplicates.
- Files are read on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.

GoodRun has a 30-day free trial, no card needed, and importing is only half of the deal: switching back should be just as easy. Today GoodRun exports a full backup file (JSON), your sessions as a CSV for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, and an exact copy of the database.
