Hands linked to a session show that session's currency with their result.

New name and new look: the app is now GoodRun, with a redesigned Home, live session, Results, Charts, session forms, Game Setup, Trips, Settings and Poker Tools.
GoodRun installs as a new app next to RunGood. Move your data with Settings → Import & Export → Export backup in RunGood, then Import backup in GoodRun; uninstall RunGood once everything is there.
Fixed
End Session and other bottom buttons are no longer covered by the phone's navigation buttons; the three-button bar is now see-through instead of a grey strip.
Backups: damaged or inconsistent backups are refused before anything is replaced, and merging a backup with a running session ends it without losing its break time.
CSV import: an empty cash-out stays unknown instead of counting as a total loss; text starting with = + - @ round-trips correctly.
Importing the same hand file twice no longer creates duplicate hands or players.
Stakes must be numbers above 0 everywhere they can be entered, with a message at the field.
Exchange rates fetched while offline are retried later, and a manual rate is never overwritten.
Resuming a session is blocked while another one of the same kind is running.
Large text: the hand detail street headers no longer run off narrow screens.
