Fixed
Effective big blind now counts straddles and third blinds: in 100/200 with a 400 straddle, an effective BB of 300 sells 25 % (it was 0 %). Applies to bulk edit, the session editor and stakes defaults.
The bulk edit preview shows which blind each session is measured against (straddles and third blinds in bold) and the % sold to two decimals.
